DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

In the game, in a few taps
Open Slashin, go to Options, then Account, and choose Delete account. The game asks you to confirm and then destroys the account straight away. This is the fastest route and the only one that needs nothing from us.
What is deleted
Everything the account holds: your characters and their saved games, your crystals, your gold, every item in your bags and stash, anything you still have listed at the Auction House, your permanent account name, and the sign-in itself. Crystals bought with real money are destroyed with the rest and are not refunded. None of it can be brought back, by you or by us.
What we keep, and for how long
A record that the account existed and what moved through the in-game economy stays in our audit log. It carries no name, no email address and no device: after the deletion the identifier in it points at nothing and can never be signed into again. We keep it because it is the other side of every trade the account was part of, and because store purchase records have to survive for accounting and fraud checks.
If you cannot open the game
Write to us from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in and say that you want your Slashin account deleted. We will confirm the account is yours and delete it. Allow up to thirty days, although it is normally the same week.
