On the road
This is the actual game
This is how it looks today. It won’t get any prettier before launch, and honestly, it doesn’t need to. Fights, secret passages, the Arena, the Auction House and plenty of monsters who had it coming.

A dragon took the princess.
The road to her runs through forests, caves, swamps and castles. The locals along the way have troubles of their own, and they are happy to share.

Duramen, Slyboots, Wiseacre
Three classes. The game introduces them like this:
- Duramen
- A melee weapon master and a real tough guy.
- Slyboots
- Specializes in bows and is quick as lightning.
- Wiseacre
- A practitioner of magic, casts spells and stuff...

Over 75 mythical items
Each one has a trick of its own. A few descriptions, straight from the game:
- Glass Slippers
- Sometimes you simply must run like it’s midnight
- The Green Knight’s Axe
- Returns every blow, one year later
- Occam’s Razor
- The simplest explanation is usually a critical hit

The bosses here are a bit odd
Before the fight, the game warns you fairly:
Something dangerous waits beyond. There is no way out until it falls.
Sell your loot or send it to a friend.
Put an item on the shelf at the Auction House and the auctioneer minds the gold. A gift for a friend goes by the Magical Post Office.

Grass that moves out of your way
A little greenery makes a big difference. I added grass, flowers and reeds to Slashin’ — and they react to footsteps, wind and the occasional explosion.
